Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp. dried mustard
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
Directions:
- Begin by browning the ground turkey with onion and garlic. When warmed and cooked, transfer to a slow cooker.
- Add in brown sugar, vinegar, dried mustard, and ketchup. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low 1-2 hours.
- Add green peppers.
- Cook 1-2 hours.
- Serve.
