Ingredients:
- 1 15.5 oz. can salmon
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg (beaten)
- dash pepper
- 2/3 cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Drain and flake salmon. Crush any bones. Mix all ingredients together. Press mixture into greased loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
