Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup dairy free butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup oatmeal
Directions:
- Put butter and sugar in a pan and cook over medium.
- When butter is melted, add the almond milk. Stir frequently.
- When mixture comes to a rolling boil, boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and gently stir in the peanut butter.
- When the peanut butter is mixed in fully, add the oatmeal and stir until combined.
- Drop by spoonful on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
