Ingredients:
- 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 8 oz. dry elbow macaroni
- paprika
- breadcrumbs and butter/margarine (optional)
Directions:
- Cook the macaroni while you prep the rest of the ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients and stir well. Drain macaroni and add to bowl. Stir to combine. Spoon into lightly greased 1 quart baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
