Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups cookies, Keebler Chips Deluxe Rainbow
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tub 8 oz. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1 graham cracker crust
- sprinkles
Directions:
- Chop cookies. Set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and lemon juice. Beat until combined. Fold in cookies and whipped topping.
- Spread in crust. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until set. Garnish with sprinkles. Store in fridge.
